    Hi to everybody, I'm new here and I'm italian so I'm sorry but english is the best I can do. A friend of mine is going to get a bmw 118d or 120d. He would like to know what are differences about fuel consumption because he drives a lot and km/l is very important for him. I know 118d drinks less but I'd like to know how exactly and how the 120d as well. The 120d he could take has more optional than the 118 and costs just 1.000,00 euros more so that's the reason for wich hs's dubious. Thanks

    In my opinion the real consumption (of both cars) is a little bit larger (but at least it depends on your foot!). If the 120d costs only 1000€ more, take it - that can`t be a mistake!

    120d will take ~ 7 liters ... i drive autobahn ~ 130 km/h, short distances and city traffic.
